The story...
Normally in a paragraph like this some history, origin, or the inspiration is explained behind the business. Honest truth is, we're a couple of cajuns who just missed that good Louisiana crawfish that makes you two step while trying to fight back that little burning sensation from the spice.
Our team is more like a family. We got a couple of cooks, some brains, some sugar daddies, and lots of volunteer taste testers.
We're still figuring out what we're doing along the way,
but we're having fun while doing it.

Our goal is to offer something real and authentic to the panhandle when it comes to Louisiana Crawfish and other cajun Cuisine. We have talked about this for years, and we figured why the heck not. Let's do this thing.
What we do
What we do is offer you some of the best crawfish in the panhandle of Florida. With that being said, we do that through many different avenues. Our services include delivery to front door,
pre order boiled, private events, and pop up boils.
We also offer other cajun favorites such as boiled shrimp, gumbo, or jambalaya at special request.
